At Hopeful Horizons Holistic Psychotherapy, I offer virtual psychotherapy in Mississauga and across Ontario. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through safety, curiosity, and connection - not pressure or perfection.
I support adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety and depression, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and identity concerns, as well as those seeking ADHD- and autism-affirming therapy. Many of the people I work with feel deeply, think deeply, and have spent much of their lives adapting, masking, or holding themselves together for others. Therapy becomes a space where that effort can soften.
My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative, drawing from nervous system-based work, parts-informed therapy, and holistic practices. Whether we’re exploring the roots of anxiety, processing trauma, strengthening self-esteem and identity, or working through relationship challenges, couples concerns, or family dynamics, our work is paced with care and respect for your lived experience.

You’re not alone in that. Some sessions start with silence or uncertainty - and that’s okay. You don’t need to perform or prepare. Therapy is a space where you get to show up exactly as you are. We’ll follow what feels present, even if that means slowing down, noticing what’s in your body, or simply taking a few deep breaths together. There’s no “wrong way” to do this.
