At Hopeful Horizons Holistic Psychotherapy, I offer virtual psychotherapy in Mississauga and across Ontario. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through safety, curiosity, and connection - not pressure or perfection.

I support adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety and depression, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and identity concerns, as well as those seeking ADHD- and autism-affirming therapy. Many of the people I work with feel deeply, think deeply, and have spent much of their lives adapting, masking, or holding themselves together for others. Therapy becomes a space where that effort can soften.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and collaborative, drawing from nervous system-based work, parts-informed therapy, and holistic practices. Whether we’re exploring the roots of anxiety, processing trauma, strengthening self-esteem and identity, or working through relationship challenges, couples concerns, or family dynamics, our work is paced with care and respect for your lived experience.

I believe therapy should feel grounding, supportive, and human. Together, we create a space where you can better understand yourself, strengthen boundaries, build emotional resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting change - in your relationship with yourself and with others.
